Firstly the groups went really well and as usual the hostessing on the night and the environment was great. I have used all the viewing facilities in Leeds over the years and now only recommend using Roundhay as it is, in my opinion, the best.

All round the country, you can see the same equipment and technology, but what makes a difference is the personality of the place and of the staff.

''I can highly recommend this facility. We used it for a fairly complex usability study involving 60 respondents and some very specific requirements on the ways in which the studios were set up.

Everything was done exactly as we'd asked, and Emma, Tony and their team were helpful and cheerful at all times, even when faced with last-minute requests like reading the moderator's pre-amble to respondents on arrival to save time during the interviews. We'll definitely be returning to Roundhay Research for any further fieldwork in Leeds."

Thank you for a great trip up to Roundhay earlier this week. My clients were very happy indeed and I feel sure you will be seeing them again.
